Petrel forgot to turn his swag off

I started drawing this after I beat Petrel for the second time. This is literally what that fight felt like. Fortunately, I was trying to train up my gengar’s defense at the time so it worked out quite well. 

I really like Petrels’ design and figured it would be hella fun to draw. Them droopy eyes. But dear god all those fucking koffings (and weezings). I don’t even know how many there are. If you wanna count, be my guest.
