A kickass AMV for the Operation Tempest 2 parter using a kickass villain song.
The thing is that Giovanni had LONG been dormant, then stepped up to remind us what a great villain he truly is. Then I thought of this song, about another villain who’d waited a very long time to strike. And well–you see what came of it.
