To be honest, Tabitha and Shelly were hardly all that different from the grunt designs, and Matt and Courtney never even got any art (apart from the manga). They also redesigned the Rocket Execs in HGSS from the ones in the original GSC, don't forget, and their HGSS counterparts each looked a lot different from those designs. I'm not too upset at the redesign even though I think it could have been a bit better than what it turned out as.
