This was part of a longer story where, after a series of rather long and ridiculous events, Giovanni found Mewtwo, who was being domesticated by Mew, and was pressed into making cookies with it. Domino was getting fed up of waiting and took a picture, forwarding it to Bashou and Buson (for some reason. But then, “for some reason” sums up the entire series).
