I mentioned this in an ask-reply yesterday, but I feel like I should post about it specifically ‘cause it’s pretty sweet. There’s a store on eBay called lotahk that sells custom-made cosplay outfits, wigs, shoes, etc., and one of their regularly listed items is a tailor-made Magma grunt outfit (both male and female). To my knowledge, this is the only place you can straight-up buy a Team Magma outfit anytime. Click the pics above to check out what it looks like, or look at the current listings for the male grunt and female grunt outfits (though those links will expire eventually; look for new listings in their store).
The outfits themselves are $55 plus $35 shipping (from Hong Kong), and you have to send in your body measurements when you order, since they’re tailor-made. I haven’t bought anything from this company myself, but they have 3,000+ positive feedbacks on eBay, so it seems pretty legit. Just thought I’d let people know about this, in case you really, really wanted to rock a Magma costume next time you’re out on the town.
(And y'know, when you think about it, you can easily spend $100 on putting together a 'real’ outfit…so why not just buy one that’s guaranteed to get you laid wherever you go?)
