I’m back from expo and with a huge surplus of Team Aqua and Team Magma bookmarks! I think I have around 190+ bookmarks left from each set and I really wanna sell them to you guys since I had a few inquiries about them already!

Got an AWESOME piece of mail today — the wonderfully talented henzolin made these SUPER RAD bookmarks featuring the original / retro designs of Team Magma and Team Aqua! Seriously, guys, these are SO COOL. They’re bigger than normal bookmarks (no flimsy foolishness here) and each one has a shimmery in-color rendition of one team and the opposite team in gray on the back. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH.

Here’s something that’s a first on the whole Internet–up-to-date pictures of the Team Magma/Team Aqua PT Cruiser! I can’t tell you how excited I am to share these! :D
Originally, this car was one of the “Lugiamobiles” (2001 PT Cruisers painted silver and decked out like Lugia) that Nintendo created in 2001 to promote the release of Gold and Silver. In 2004, this car was repainted to promote the EX Team Magma VS Team Aqua expansion of the trading card came, and auctioned off for charity on eBay. I recently contacted the winner of that 2004 auction, asking whether the car was still around, and the owner graciously sent me some pictures of it to share with the world!
“Delighted to share pix of the cruiser w/ you & yes, feel free to share them online. I use the car as my everyday vehicle and really enjoy others’ joy in it! So…yeah, enjoy!”
Talk about the coolest car EVER!
The only things left to do are apply a finish to the top to seal it and install the shell on my GBA SP.

Giovanni metal figure. One of the only bits of Team Boss merch there is, which is highly unfortunate considering how popular the bosses are. Or the teams as a whole! I mean one would expect at LEAST a boss/signature pokemon zukan line by now. Also for the hilarity factor, little plush keychains would be awesome and—I hate to use this word because hipsters have ruined it—ironic. Masters of organized crime, now in cutesy plush pocket form! But of course because it would be perfect they’ll never do it. Which is a shame.
